Learning Experience Designer & Facilitator

Nurul is a fun-loving learning facilitator and coach. She enjoys designing a learning experience that kindles enthusiasm and evokes curiosity to heighten the transfer of learning. Her forte is in Performance & Transformation, where she works on improving the performance of the organizations and professionals.

She graduated from Multimedia University with a Bachelor of Multimedia in Software & Animation and obtained her MBA from MARA University of Technology. In her 18 years of working experience, she has explored a career in customer service, instructional design, human resources, operational management, consulting and training.

She spent 5 years of her career as a Learning & Performance Manager for FPG Oleochemicals, a JV between Felda & Procter & Gamble. In this role, she travelled across Asia, benchmarking learning and performance practices from various P&G plants. She spent another 5 years with Human Capital Management Institute (HCMI) workforce analytics & HR consulting firm. In this role, she spent two years developing high-potential talents and completed a competency model for Malaysia regulatory agency, followed by two years in Jakarta, successfully completing a Digital Performance Transformation project for a client. She has delivered training in Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia, virtually and face-to-face for clients such as LCCI, National University of Singapore, MCMC, SSM, MIDF, and SinarMas Mining.

She is a certified Virtual LearnCaster Facilitator, a certified Coach and a certified KPI and HR professional. Throughout 2020 she has guided and trained almost 100 lecturers, trainers and teachers; the techniques to conduct virtual training. She is also one of the Mentor at the Mentoring Club, a mentoring community for tech professionals and start-ups based in Germany. To date, She has clocked more than 20 hours of mentoring professionals from Germany, Russia, Australia, Pakistan and Nigeria.
